FROM RECRUITING TO DESIGN
My path to design wasn't linear. I started in recruiting and HR and coordinating the hiring of UX designers at LinkedIn is where I first thought "I want to do that." Being on the other side of these products showed me how much friction a poorly designed tool creates for the people trying to do their jobs. That's what made me want to become a designer: not to build things that look good, but to build things that actually work.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
When I'm not designing, I'm usually outside running, hiking, or somewhere I've never been before. Badminton counts too.
